Experience That Moves Events Forward.
Scorpio Event Technologies is a Southern California-based event production company providing professional audio, LED video, lighting, staging, truss, and technical production solutions for corporate events, conferences, brand activations, galas, private events, and live experiences.
Behind Scorpio Event Technologies is Sanjay Syal, Founder & CEO, a veteran of the live-event industry with more than 30 years of hands-on experience producing and executing events.
Over three decades, Sanjay has worked across virtually every aspect of live entertainment and event production from DJ and MC services to professional sound, lighting, large-format LED, staging, special effects, and complete event environments. That experience has provided a unique understanding of what it takes to make an event not only look impressive, but sound right, operate smoothly, and leave a lasting impression.
Built From Experience. Driven by Technology.
Scorpio Event Technologies was created to bring that experience into the evolving world of corporate event production and technology.
Today, events demand more than individual equipment. They require systems that work togetherยcrystal-clear audio, high-impact LED visuals, intelligent lighting, reliable technical infrastructure, and experienced people behind the scenes.
Our approach is simple:
- Understand the vision.
- Engineer the solution.
- Execute the experience.
Whether we’re providing a single technical element or managing a larger production scope, our goal is to make the technical side of an event feel effortless for our clients, producers, planners, and partners.
Our Founder
Sanjay Syal
Founder & CEO
With more than 30 years in the live-event industry, Sanjay Syal has built his career around one thing: creating experiences that people remember.
His background spans entertainment, event production, audio, lighting, LED technology, staging, special effects, and live show execution. That combination of creative experience and technical knowledge gives Scorpio Event Technologies a perspective that goes beyond simply supplying equipment.
Sanjay understands the event from both sides of the production equationยwhat the client wants the audience to experience and what the production team needs to do to make it happen.
That philosophy continues to drive Scorpio Event Technologies today.
Technology is only part of a great production. The difference is knowing how to bring all of it together.
